FranceSMIC €12.31/h since June, end of SIPSI, fines of up to €4,000 per driver. GermanyMindestlohn €13.90/h, up to €30,000 for not declaring and €500,000 for underpaying the minimum wage. ItalyNo statutory minimum (the CCNL applies), declaration update within 5 days and impoundment of up to 30 days. BelgiumRTPD replaces LIMOSA, CP 140.03 pay scales and the toughest penalties on the corridor (per driver). NetherlandsRTPD (not the meldloket), minimum €14.99/h since July and €8,000 for failing to prove an exemption. PortugalBilateral transport is exempt (almost all of the corridor); fines of up to €61,200 and good-repute risk if you must declare.
