Partner Portal
When you subcontract part of your shipments, you give each haulier their own access to manage only the ones you assign them — they neither see the rest of your operation nor can they create shipments on their own.
From their portal, the partner assigns their own fleet (their vehicles and drivers), issues the DeCA and the e-CMR for those shipments and records their reservations. What defines the contract — the parties, the route, the goods — is set by you; they complete the execution.
And every piece of data is attributed to whoever provided it, as required by the split of responsibility in Spanish Order TRM/282/2026: your subcontractor works with their own fleet, under your documentary control, and the document always knows who did what.

How many vehicles and drivers does it support?
From 1 to more than 100 vehicles. Plans cover up to 3, 10, 25, 50 and 100; above 100, Enterprise is tailored. There is no technical limit on drivers per account.
Can I import my whole fleet at once?
Yes: drivers, vehicles, trailers, partners and locations from Excel or CSV, to register the entire fleet in minutes.
Does it have an API to integrate with my TMS or ERP?
Yes, a REST API alongside Excel/CSV import. Tailored integration is included in Enterprise.
Can I manage several users and permissions?
Yes, with administrator and operator roles over the same fleet.
Can I give access to my subcontracted hauliers?
