Why is it called MovingCert?

The name describes literally what the platform does, and it is worth explaining because “Moving” can be misread at first glance:

“Moving” refers to the international mobility of drivers: the EU Mobility Package framework (Directive (EU) 2020/1057) that governs their postings, and from which Spain’s own Ministry of Transport and Mobility takes its name.
“Cert” refers to the certificates and compliance formalities the platform generates, files and safeguards (the declaration, the DeCA, the e-CMR, the A1, the Driver CPC).

In other words: certifying compliance with driver mobility. The term comes from transport regulatory vocabulary, not from other sectors.
